Come and Sing: London

We’re delighted to announce that we will hold a Come and Sing day at St Peter’s, Eaton Square, London, on Saturday 21st November, from 2-6.15pm.

Based on our new ‘Discord to Harmony’ programme, participants will sit alongside members of the group, and discover bellicose calls to arms, triumphant paeans to victory, and serenades to peace by Renaissance composers from Germany, England, Spain and Italy. The workshop will finish with a short informal run-through for family and friends at 5.15pm, followed by a wine reception.

This event is organised by the Stile Antico Foundation.

Tickets to participate in the Come and Sing day cost £35, to include light refreshments and a glass of wine.

A certain amount of choral experience and the ability to sight-read is helpful. However, scores will be made available in advance, to give everyone a chance to study the music and get the most out of the experience.

Once your place is confirmed, you will receive an email from workshops@stileantico.co.uk, with payment instructions. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis until each voice part is full, at which point a waiting list will be in operation.
