Stile Antico returns this week to All Hallows, Gospel Oak to record its fourth project for Harmonia Mundi. Our first single-composer disc is devoted to John Sheppard, whose music delighted so many listeners to Music for Compline. Our programme places Sheppard's Latin music, including the mighty Media Vita, side-by-side with his enchanting, lesser-known English anthems.

26.1.08 Stile Antico performs at Harmonia Mundi celebration

Stile Antico was honoured to take part in Harmonia Mundi's 50th birthday celebrations in Arles last night. The group performed selections from their recordings for an invited audience at the beautiful Chapelle du Méjan. Their second CD for the label, Heavenly Harmonies, is released on 4th February.
