early music vocal ensemble - stile antico

Emma Ashby sings regularly with various ensembles in the UK, including the Brabant Ensemble and the Oxford Camerata, and increasingly enjoys working as a soloist. She graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2007, since when she has been teaching singing and cello both privately and for schools in Oxford, where she lives. She studies with Alexander Massey.

Eleanor Harries

Eleanor Harries was a choral scholar at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where she studied Mathematics. She now sings for The Choir of the Chapels Royal, HM Tower of London, as well as ensembles such as Polyphony, Philharmonia Voices and The Cambridge Singers. She studies with Alexander Massey, and sings regularly as a soloist; recent appearances include Bach's Christmas Oratorio and the Durufle Requiem.

Carris Jones graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in 2008 with the Bennett of Lincoln scholarship and a DipRam, the Academy's highest performance award. She was previously a choral scholar at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where she read History. Ensemble experience includes work with the Gabrieli Consort, Tenebrae and the Brompton Oratory. Carris leaves the group in November 2011 to pursue her growing career as a soloist in recital, opera and oratorio. Website
